How It Works

ContractGuard puts your contract in your pocket — so you know your rights the moment you need them.

What is ContractGuard?

ContractGuard is an AI-powered tool that reads your union contract and answers your questions in plain English. Instead of searching through hundreds of pages of contract language while Scheduling is on the phone, you describe your situation and get an instant answer — with the exact contract language cited.

It is not a lawyer and it is not a union rep. It is a fast, accurate first step that helps you understand your rights, know what to say, and decide whether to escalate.

Who Is It For?

✈️ Flight Attendants

Lineholders and Reserves who need real-time contract guidance when Scheduling calls — before they accept or refuse an assignment.

📋 Local Council Reps

Union representatives who want to give members a self-service tool for common questions, freeing up time for complex grievances.

How To Use It

1

Choose your tool

Use Contract Guidance for general questions about the contract. Use Scheduling Defense when Scheduling is calling and you need to know if what they're asking is legal right now.

2

Describe your situation

Select your status (Reserve or Lineholder), the type of issue, and fill in the relevant times and details. The more specific you are, the more accurate the answer.

3

Get your answer

ContractGuard reads the relevant contract sections and gives you a direct answer — whether it's legal, what to say to Scheduling, and what compensation you may be owed.

4

Copy and escalate if needed

Use the Copy button to send the full analysis to your union rep. If the situation is a contract violation, the grievance deadline is shown automatically so you don't miss the filing window.

What It Can and Can't Do

It can: Answer questions based on your contract, cite exact section language, apply contract rules to your specific times and situation, and tell you what compensation you're owed.

It can't: File a grievance for you, represent you in a dispute, or replace your Local Council representative for complex situations. Always consult your union rep before filing a grievance.
